Join us at The Speakeasy for a fall evening of clay, cocktails, and creativity! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll handbuild your own sculptural pumpkin from clay, shaping and adding details to make each one completely unique.
After creating your pumpkin, you’ll choose between two Raku glaze options: a beautiful copper/green glaze with rich, metallic variations or a classic white crackle glaze with dramatic black crackling.
After the workshop, I’ll take your pumpkin back to Dustmade Studio, where it will be glazed and fired using the Raku firing process. This unique firing method uses extreme heat and a reduction process to create unpredictable surface effects, meaning no two pumpkins will ever turn out exactly alike!
Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 2–3 weeks later at Dustmade Studio.
