Join us at Dustmade Studio for a Pressed Floral Pocket Vase Workshop and create a one-of-a-kind ceramic vase using real dried flowers. During the workshop, you'll start with slabs of speckled stoneware and choose from a selection of dried florals to press directly into the clay, capturing the natural shape, texture, and movement of each bloom. You'll then use your floral-pressed slabs to hand-build your pocket vase.
After the workshop, we'll take care of the finishing! Back at Dustmade, we'll carefully fill the pressed floral impressions with color, then glaze and fire your vase, highlighting all the beautiful details left behind by the flowers.
No pottery experience is necessary, we'll walk you through the entire process!
