Join us for a delightful workshop where your young artist will learn to hand craft a ceramic TREE DISH + ORNAMENTS! Participants will learn hand-sculpting techniques to create one-of-a-kind clay pieces to gift or adorn your holiday tree! You will also underglaze (paint) your creations same day! **Participants will place glass marble beads on their creations and watch the magical change of glass through a kiln firing!
Children love creating and exploring, and they love working with their hands. Pottery is a way for kids to literally wrap their hands around a 3-dimensional project!
*Ages 3+
*Children under the age of 6 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
*Pieces will be hand built out of white earthenware clay and underglazed (painted) same day. After you have hand built your pieces, Leah will take back to her studio to fire and clear glaze.
