Create a beautiful ceramic serving dish decorated with real pressed flowers in this hands-on workshop. In this class, you’ll design a scalloped ceramic serving dish with side handles, perfect for serving appetizers, baked goods, or displaying on your table.
You’ll choose from a selection of pressed botanicals and thoughtfully arrange them onto your dish to create a unique floral composition. We’ll guide you through the process so the flowers become part of the finished ceramic piece.
Once your vessel is complete, we’ll take care of the rest. Your piece will be fired, glazed in our floral color scheme, and finished with a hand-poured 16 oz candle. 100% soy wax and filled with the refined scent of white birch.
Whether you’re completely new to clay or have some experience, this workshop is open to all skill levels!
Pieces will be hand built using a speckled cream-colored stoneware clay.
